Don't be fooled by Denis Kelly and his buddies propaganda. 'WIN" for who?

This is the truth that we received in the union handout:

2% retroactive for the 2005-2006 schoolyear - to
arrive in July 2006 paycheck.

NEXT year, 2006-2007 there is a raise of 3.5% to the
March paycheck.

Then the next month,April, there is another 3.5%.

THIS IS ONLY if you were hired AFTER 1993.

The dinosaurs who run the union negotiated a sweeter deal for themselves. Those hired BEFORE 1993 get the deal 3 months earlier. 3 more months of higher pay.

Nice huh? Such solidarity in a union. Two classes of people: those who started when I and my friends did, and the rest of you newbies who don’t count.

Who do you think needs the money more? Who is still paying off student loans? Who owns a house? Who rents?
