What does $450M buy?

The text of the $450M school facilities bond goes into exhaustive detail on the specific improvements planned at each site. Skimming the text reveals that many improvements are planned at almost every site. So I did some sorting and sifting and came up with a list of the most ubiquitous improvements. These items appear in almost all of the site plans, and provide a good overview of what this bond measure is about.

The following list items are taken directly from the initiative text, but have been rearranged and condensed by my sorting and sifting process. Many of the most important improvements, such as bungalow replacements, are omitted because they only occur in some sites. For the real story on what this initiative entails, please read the full text.

Thanks for posting the meat behind the bond. Too bad matier and ross in the sf chronicle keep trying to portay the bond as some kind of unneccesary back-room deal.
